I know there is a bug with the system so if no message is entered the moval form the 'No' message is inserted. Its not intended to be that way.

I dont care about the message. I dont understand why the deviation was moved in the first place. It is an emoticon, in a finished state, that respects the gallery description. I pretty much miss the point of it being moved in the scraps
